LEM Shiitake Mycelia
LEM Shiitake Mycelia is the extract derived from shiitake mycelia and its primary component contains an abundance of polysaccharide (arabinoxyloglucan etc) and water-soluble lignin.
1g of LEM is the equivalent of approx. 2kg of fresh shiitake (about 200g of dried shiitake).
Shiitake is rich in fiber, but hard to digest and absorb. Meanwhile LEM is broken down into water soluble form by mycelial enzymes in order to facilitate absorption.
