Maitake processed food

Maitake is a mushroom belonging to the family Polyporaceae. It forms multiple piled pleat-like features. Maitake used to grow a little in the wild, so it has been treated as a precious edible mushroom.
Since a Maitake cultivation was introduced in 1975, research of its high nutritive value besides food has been promoted widely.
Maitake richly contains protein, glucide, iron, potassium, member of the Vitamin B and Vitamin D.
