Important Shipping & Customs Update (U.S. Orders)
- • Shipping Method:
All U.S. orders are currently shipped via UGX or FedEx. Please note that EMS shipping is not available.
- • Customs & Import Charges:
From August 2025 onward, all U.S. shipments are subject to customs duties and an FDA Food Prior Notice handling fee. Since January 2026, we have been advancing these fees on your behalf to ensure smooth delivery. These charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier. For UGX shipments, no separate invoice will be issued by the carrier after shipment.
- • Additional Fees Notice:
Due to system limitations, these additional fees (customs duties + FDA handling fees + any shipping shortfall, if applicable) are not included in the initial order total. After your order is placed, we will calculate the applicable charges and notify you by email. A payment link or PayPal invoice will be provided.
- • Important:
Please check your email after placing your order for further instructions. Shipment will be arranged once payment of the additional fees has been confirmed.
