BiONE F is extracted only Lactic Acid Bacteria-producing substance by fermenting and aging 16 species of lactic acid bacteria for one year in soy milk.

◆Carefully selected 16 kinds of lactic acid bacteria
Carefully selected 16 kinds of lactic acid bacteria are used for BiONE F.
8 kinds of Lactobacillus, 4 kinds of Lactococcus and 4 kinds of Yeast have been cultivated intensively since 1932. These 16 kinds of lactic acid bacteria have been cocultivated and aged for one and a half years. Then, long-life lactic acid bacteria-producing substance has been extracted.
BiONE F is manufactured with these ingredients.
More powerful lactic acid bacteria-producing substances are produced by using long-life bacteria (Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Yeast),

BiONE F becomes more powerful by being cultivated in soybean milk in which it is difficult to grow for bacteria.
※Soybean milk used for BiONE F is non-GM and no pesticide.


◆Long-term aging for improving quality
16 kinds of lactic acid bacteria have been aged approximately for one year at a constant temperature and humidity management in culture media of soybean milk derived from no pesticide and organic soybean.
『Lactic acid bacteria secretion』and 『Lactic acid bacteria-producing substances』,which are metabolite by lactic acid bacteria fermenting, are extracted.
These are different from live lactic bacteria.
BiONE F is not lactic acid bacteria and consists of 「Live lactic acid bacteria secretion」and 「components of bacteria(lactic acid bacteria-producingsubstances」

◆Safety of Lactic acid bacteria-producing substance
Part 1
Soybean milk is produced by no-pesticide and non-GM soybeans which are certified through Genetic Modification test by Japan Food Hygiene Association.

Part 2
The culture solution is using soybean milk, but it doesn’t include allergen because only lactic acid bacteria-producing substance is extracted from culture medium.
The amount of protein derived from soybean is under 1.0µg/g according to the analysis result by the company “Kankyo Sogo Kagaku”. The determaination of an impure ingredient is more than 10µg.

Radioiodine (I-131) and radioactive cesium (Cs-134, Cs-137) are not detected in the radioactivity inspection by Isotope Research Institute in Japan..
