We hereby announce our Year-end and New Year holidays as below.
Our shop will be closed from December 29, 2023 to January 3, 2024.
During our holidays, orders and inquiries we received after 2 p.m. on December 28 (Japan time) will be processed in order from January 4. Shipment will start sequentially from January 4, but it may take some time to ship depending on the number of orders received and product availability.

Japan Post Office announced the price update (price increase) of all shipment fee including EMS (Express Mail Service) from June 1, 2022.
According to Japan post, due to the significant increase in transportation and delivery costs in various countries, shipping rates for EMS and other international parcels (air, SAL, and Surface) have increased since June 1, 2022.
New shipping costs after the price increase are different depending on the destination, quantity of items and the amount of money.

■International Shipping
All products are shipped from Japan.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
※We regret that we are unable to ship to certain destination countries and regions. Your order will be cancelled in such cases.
■Shipping Charges
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination.
To view the shipping charge, place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click Checkout. Shipping charge will be automatically calculated based on the total cost of order and destination.
After confirming your order and the total cost (cost of products + shipping charge), proceed to Order Confirmation.
※Please note that the total amount of products for one international shipment should be under JPY 200,000. If the order exceeds JPY 200,000, the order will be delivered divided into more than 2 shipments. In this case, no additional fees will be charged later.
■Payment Method
Payment method : credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or PayPal.
■Returns and Cancellations
Any returns for personal reasons are not acceptable.
In case package is returned to Japan due to absence of the consignee, overdue tax and customs clearance fee, or any problems at the customs. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges of the returned package.
Please note that we cannot do anything with overseas customs in case your parcel(s) is (are) held at the custom.
