What is EF-621K(new type lactic acid bacteria)?

This new type lactic acid bacterium is one of lactobacillus, called Enterococcus Faecalis, technically speaking, heat-killed and dried bacteria of EF-621K.
For EF-621K, particularly active bacteria are selected out within Enterococcus Faecalis.
Killing bacteria enable to take a large amount of lactic acid bacteria at once.
Even being heat-killed, EF-621K can maintain its high efficiency.

EF-621K is stabilized as only selected bacteria through examining TNF activity are utilized for products.

Enterococcus Faecalis was found by British Dr. F. Andrew and T. Gilder in 1906.
Japanese Dr. Misao Kazama discovered a way to harvest this Enterococcus Faecalis from the intense of healthy people, from which the best strains are selected out in order to make a health benefits. Then, he succeeded to commercialize in 1956.

What is fish collagen?
